Kohala coast, the north tip of the island and Pololu Valley on the Hamakua coast

We drove north from Kona to see the Kohala coast on Monday, but saved the shopping trip at the Waikoloa resort area until Tuesday. Today is pool day, just to relax from all that excitement!

Great chicken tonight

Emmett found a wonderful idea to use the last of our leftover roast chicken. With Ginger, Green onion and brown rice. The sauce was great in the rice too.

We Are very happy to be able to make our own dinners again, since our new timeshare is an awesome 2 BR condo! Tonight Emmett made Mahi mahi, broccoli with Molokai purple sweet potatoes! It was delish!
