My cousin Kathy arrived this week! We’ve been catching up on family news and she’s getting acclimated to Hawaii time, with 6 time zones jetlag!

Emmett found a wonderful idea to use the last of our leftover roast chicken. With Ginger, Green onion and brown rice. The sauce was great in the rice too.

We Are very happy to be able to make our own dinners again, since our new timeshare is an awesome 2 BR condo! Tonight Emmett made Mahi mahi, broccoli with Molokai purple sweet potatoes! It was delish!

From our new timeshare unit we can see the sunset, and tonight, after a rainy day, it has been gorgeous!

Our local pod of Spinner dolphin were having a wonderful time yesterday! We were at the pool and they were right off shore! These aren’t cropped, taken at about 300mm
