Our outings for the day! While The guys went Arctic Grayling fishing. I visited a couple spots near town.

Success! Walker has caught 4 Arctic Grayling, so far! And they aren’t done yet!

There is a viewing place near Fairbanks where you can see a section of the Alaska pipeline!

The devices beside the pipeline, keep it warm enough to flow
These devices clean the pipe to keep oil flowing. The left 1 is the first one used, the right shows the new devices used today

There is also a migratory bird viewing area! Few birds there at the moment, and at the far side of the field. When I went, it was misting a bit too so sorry for the quality of the pictures. There are ducks, Canada geese and a few Sandhill Cranes!

I hope I can take the guys back and try again!
